The Sapporo chapter founds a chapter on March 23, 2003, and is continuing activity through one year and some periods.
Sapporo city is the largest city north from Tokyo, and has the population of 1.8 millions.
There is one of the most famous amusement district in nation, many tourists and business person come not only domestic but from abroad.
Under this situation, we keep doing our activities based on, crime prevention, environmental beautification and training to youth with our motto "Dare to Care", corporate with central government and local community.
>From September 2003, we have started Kids Safety Program which is aimed danger evasion.
We also have started Subways Patrol, which is the first trial in Japan.
We continue our activities for the safe society, improving each activity, thinking what we can do for citizen.
